PAINTING

About a month ago, I had had it!!! I was sick of the ugly purple bedroom!!! A person's bedroom is supposed to be a place for them to relax in and enjoy it. But with an "old lady purple & lavender" bedroom with purple floral wall paper that is a little hard to do.I had decided I wanted our bedroom to be a nice, relaxing, but still classy room. I decided to paint it with a dark red on the lower half of the walls and a white on the upper half and ceiling (yes the ceiling was purple too!).
After two coats of primer & two coats of white paint on the top half (and ceiling) and two coats of dark red paint on the bottom half I was satisfied. Almost two long days of painting but it is worth every minute of it.We just put the black modeling up a few days ago and I am working on doing the touch ups but once it is done it will look amazing!!! (Definitely better than purple!) I will keep you posted! :)
