Yes, I am very far behind, but the Weight reunion was so much fun that I still have to blog about it even though it was over a month ago.
This year was obviously the first year I have been to the Weight Reunion and it was a blast!!! From camping out, watching the talent show, to having bubble gum stuck to my face, being so terrified of a slide, and splashing in the water it was one of the funnest reunions I have been to in a long time!!!
At first I wasn't too thrilled of camping out in a tent... my idea of camping is the LaQuinta Inn..... jk... I don't mind camping every once in a while. I just don't like the idea of feeling so dirty and waking up when the sun wakes up and having messy hair all day.
My favorite part of the trip was probably the water slide! suprise! even though I was scared out of my mind, I still went down the slide!!! and YES the water slide is JUST AS SCARY THE SECOND TIME!!!! after about the third time i thought, "ok, since i haven't died on the slide yet, i dont think i'm going to." And that was that, time after time I went down the slide... there was a few times I had to talk Todd into going down the slide again.
The contests were all soooo much fun. Bubble gum blowing was probably my least favorite because i kept finding bubble gum stuck to my face through-out the rest of the day. Todd decided he was too good for the bubble gum contest. jk. he did all the filming. The jump rope contest was fun too! Todd tried... but the two jump ropes came untied.. :(The food! The food was DELICIOUS!!! If you have to be camping and dirty, you might as well have good food!!! and that is what we had!!
The talent show was so fun!!! I enjoyed watching Halle perform her dance that she had been showing me in dance class for the 3-4 before. She has worked so hard and improved so much! the Jonas Brothers were a hit!!! I can now say I met someone famous! Alex's song was so cute!! She is a wonderful singer! Shmack (however you spell it) was hilarious!!! and Julie's hip-hop "whacha you know about me" was... by far one of the silliest things i have seen in a while!!
Over all we had a fun reunion!!! Todd loved it!!! He kept talking about it for days and days after we got home!!! We are looking forward to next year's reunion!!!

We had a great time didn't we!! I love our family, we always have such a great time together. We are a little "crazy" but we love it that way! The reunion was a blast!!! Shmack is hoping to have a come back next year...but I don't know about my little part...I think it was a one time thing..lol
Not much to say other than JEALOUS! My family doesn't really have reunions and neither does James'. :( So i'll never get to go to one until I start doing them myself.
