On the morning of the 4th of July, I got in my summer clothes and jumped in the suburban with Julie, Halle, and Kimber and off we went. We were headed off to meet up with Dayna in Price for a nice picnic at the park & then TO THE WAVE POOL! On our way we took a few nature pictures and then when we arrived at the park, Julie & I took lots of pictures of the beautiful roses!!
We had a fun, relaxing picnic ... everyone ate Cafe Rio, except me, I had subway :) ... I guess that is the only way I don't fit in with the rest of the Wilkerson Girls... cuz I like shoes.. I like clothes.. and I like purses... just not Cafe Rio.
After our fun picnic we headed to the wave pool. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!! I was a little nervous about being in the wave pool cuz i'm not really good at swimming at all! It was so fun! We all got giant tubs and splashed with the waves! After a few hours of playing in the water... we dried ourselves off and headed back for the 4th of July bbq Todd and I were having that evening.
It was so much fun to just spend the day with the girls! We had a fun time and hopefully our Girl's Weekend rolls around soon. :)
